[Advisory] Berlin 13 Open Access Conference

Dear all

I totally agree that the local aspects of legislation are not important.
We were talking at Berlin 12 and later about how transparency is an important factor in succeeding with the transition to Open Access. 
The fact that some of us have now succeeded in challenging the traditional non-disclosure clauses of the publishers is to me very encouraging, and it is this encouragement I am looking to spread.
