[Labfolder-info] Unplanned Labfolder service downtime this morning

Dear colleagues,

 

Unfortunately, there was an unplanned outage of the Labfolder service this
morning. We apologise for this downtime.

 

Some unexpected technical issues have unfortunately arisen and
troubleshooting has proved to be complex. However, we were able to fix the
problem and at the same time ensure that this will not happen again in the
future.
