Dear labfolder user,

 

I am glad to inform you that
https://labfolder.mpdl.mpg.de/eln/access/login?redirect=1 is working
properly again.

 

The failure was not planned, so we particularly apologize for the long
downtime and short notice.

Our team worked in a day and night shift to restore your data.

 

Of course, we will inform you about scheduled maintenance work in good time
and place the maintenance times outside the MPDL's service hours so that you
are affected as little as possible.

 

With this in mind, I am glad that labfolder.mpdl.mpg.de is available again
with labfolder version v1.27.8. 

The maintenance window for the new major release v1.29 will bei announced in
time.

 

I would like to thank everyone involved for their understanding and great
cooperation.

we are still working on restoring the labfolder database. This work will
presumably continue the whole upcoming night. 

We are planning to be back tomorrow morning with a safe and stable labfolder
running.

Dear labfolder user, 

 

due to maintenance work labfolder is not accessible currently. 

 

We`ve tried to install the new labfolder update v1.29.1 in the early morning
hours. But unfortunately major database failures occurred which we are
trying to repair with high pressure presently.  

As soon as labfolder will be up and running again we will inform you. 

 

We are very sorry for these inconveniences and would like to thank you for
your understanding!
