economic implications of open access. Just in case, I would like to suggest Professor Stephen Pinfield, University of Sheffield, United Kingdom, who conducted a very interesting study on this issue.

</span><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt">We invited several speakers to present different concepts and alternative models of transformation to the audience (e.g. The OA Cooperative Model, SCOAP3, Fair Open Access principles and Linguistics in OA).</span><o:p></o:p></p>
<p class="xmsonormal"><span lang="EN-US" style="font-size:11.0pt">As you will notice, some speaker confirmations are still pending and not all the headings have been finalized. That said, this will give you and us the opportunity of last minute changes in case
you are really troubled with decisions we took.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
